Can you see any dangers in “blaming” individuals who live in inner-cities for their own problems, including crime?  When you consider the broader social context that is implicated in the “choice” of crime, why might focusing exclusively on “bad individuals” seem to be a limited way of understanding the causes of crime in inner cities?  That is, do communities matter in the causation of criminal behavior?
