Need form CD-29(manual travel order) completed for each traveler, 3 travelers total. You will need to manually enter the amounts Per Diem, Lodging, M&IE etc.. on box 12 (ESTIMATED COST).I also need the Govt OBL Entry form completed for each traveler

I already filled out most information, but calculations on CD-29 box 12 and OBL entry form need to be finished.Please see instruction docs attached and travel requests for each traveler.
