Since the food was so different I had to park my car and walk into the fast food restaurant. Again I had to wait in a long line to get my food. After telling the person my order they disappeared to go look for it. The original person I talked to never returned, so I had to talk to another person and tell them my order. They went and got the order and it was stilled wrong.

At this point I was hungry and I was tired of trying to explain things so I simply took the food they gave me. Ultimately, this service experience was very bad for me. From the very beginning where I had to wait for my food and then them continually getting my order wrong added to my frustration. Finally, when I went into the store and told them about my issue they were not sympathetic or even apologetic and instead acted as if they simply wanted to get rid of it.
